Bug 114864 – bittorrent version bump

There's alot of different bittorrent versions in portage and I would like that
to be changed. I've updated the ebuilds for the new releases, the stable and the
beta. I've also made som changes. btdownloadgui.desktop pointed to the wrong
executable and bttrack.conf pointed to the wrong path for favicon.png. I've also
updated the favicon to represent the new bittorrent logo. Both of the ebuilds
are tested on ~x86 and ~amd64. I changed the name of bttrack.rc-4.1 to
bttrack.rc in hopes that these new versions will be the standard from now on, so
that we dont have to deal with having alot of extra files laying around.

I forgot to mention that I changed the depencies for pygtk and gtk to -> 2.6.
This is required from upstream. Hope that all of this will come to use.
