Explain the bug to me. Until Test-Simple-0.62, Test-Builder-Tester was a seperate module. Two different modules. Two different ebuilds. From Test-Simple-0.62 forward, they have been merged - but you can't have the old Test-Builder-Tester installed if you want to move forward. From the ebuild: ||( ( <perl-core/Test-Simple-0.62 dev-perl/Test-Builder-Tester ) ( >=perl-core/Test-Simple-0.62 ))" i.e., either install less than 0.62 and builder-tester, or install 0.62.
Marking invalid. Unmerge test-builder-tester, it can't be installed if you want the new test-simple, which comes with it.
Tracked down to the || clause being backwards in the ebuild. Fixing now, will re-close when corrected.
bugzilla was down for a while, but this is closeable (but to be safe, please sync up and confirm my local results :)
