KDE forces you to search the bug database with four words on you package before
being able to report any bug on it. I think this is a very wise attitude because
you know that people reporting something have searched the bug database. 

Right now, if you search the bug database before reporting, you must enter twice
the information on the component, which is a bit tedious.
