In order to improve consistence within portage, the mozsvg USE flag should be
renamed to svg. I see no actual reason to seperate the two anymore, as svg
support is not experimental anymore in firefox (mozilla). Whoever doesn't want
svg on an otherwise svg-enabled system could still put it in package.use

The flag was removed completely.
