gnomemm is distributed in two ways. one is a package for each seperate library and the other is one package for all librarys gnomemm needs. so this is an ebuild script that installs the one big package of gnomemm but it checks first if the user doesn't have any seperate gnomemm packages installed.
Created attachment 6088 [details] gnomemm-all-1.3.12 (New ebuild) the ebuild script. thanks alot Kfir Ozer
Well, i appreciate your effort, but imo Gentoo is about choice and install exactly what you want (is needed), not the other stuff. This superpackage imo is not the way (altough i know it's officially distributed). Besides that, on what do apps using *mm stuff need to depend, on this superpackage while they only use gconfmm ? It's not really an option.
