The scrollkeeper package (all of the 0.3.14 variants) includes the following dependency ">=app-text/docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.6" which is not needed -- eliminating this dependency also eliminates a whole bunch of other unnecessary dependencies: 12 other ebuilds that docbook-sgml-utils depends upon.
