Description Brady Catherman 2005-11-30 18:55:05 UTC
I have no clue what this program is used for but I was asked to install it on
our cluster.

(From the authors web site:)
PAML is a package of programs for phylogenetic analyses of DNA or protein
sequences using maximum likelihood. It is maintained and distributed for
academic use free of charge by Ziheng Yang.
