The config-system of xshipwars issues a "-march=i686" flags on i686-based system
_after_ the user's CFLAGS. This results in a downgrade if the user's CFLAGS
contains e.g. "-march=pentium3" and prohibits the use of
"-fprefetch-loop-arrays" and similiar flags.
The problem lies in the file platform.ini in the components' subdirectories.

at first i thought this was *ok* then i realized that this would bugger up
builds on machines for other ARCH's ...
