I see portage only have version 1.0.4 and version 1.0.7 is out. It seems that 1.0.7 works much better with Mysql5 and it would be nice to see it in the portage. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

I have created two attachements an ebuild and a patch for mysql-connector-net-1.0.7. I have done some limited testing and the ebuild is able to download,compile, and install on my amd64 box. This is my first ebuild so please advise of anything I may have done wrong. I basically just copied the 1.0.4 ebuild and made the neccessary changes for 1.0.7.

1.0.8 is now out; and has lots of fixes in it. Please put in portage tree asap, thanks. 1.0.4 doesn't seem to work with mod_mono at all. Tried using ByteFX.Data but it did not like the protocol that MySQL 5.x uses at all!
Version 1.0.9 is now in CVS, thanks!
