I notice that in bug 113816 we have already bumped the version. This has not
trickled down to me yet and the upstream source ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ has
already removed the 2005n dataset.

Bearing in mind the number of updates per year and the fact that the current
upstream source does not archive old datasets you might want to consider
adding\using http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/timezone/ as the SRC_URI since
they archive the old datasets.
