this was _not_ intentional.

ChangeLog this time exist, it say:
- Restored messed up 4.1.15, thanks to Richard Brown for reporting.
- added 4.1.15-r1, basically the same ebuild as 5.0.16-r3

so pay attention with 4.1.15-r1 it's still young
(but most bugs have been worked out in the latest 2 days)
