taskjuggler wont compile without having KDE installed first. there is a kde use
flag in the ebuild when this one is disabled and kde is not installed, configure
complains:

checking for kde-config... not found
configure: error: The important program kde-config was not found!
Please check whether you installed KDE correctly.

dependency on kde (-> no use flag since the application wont compile without kde)

also installs docs to wrong directory and a version 2.2.0_beta2 is available - 
Has a broken test case that executes in src_compile -> diff against a time 
dependent reference - needs diff --ignore-regex or something..
