Description Fred Krogh 2005-11-23 20:35:44 UTC
I get PCL6 Error - Insufficient memory when attempting to print the first page
of my American Express statement. (I'm willing to make this available to one
developer, but not to post it here.) My wife can print it on Windows, and I can
print it with yelp-2.12.1, although the fonts are not quite as nice as I usually
get with xpdf. I have no reasont to think that my printer has a problem,
although I can't be sure of this. The printer is a Samsung ML-1450, running
PCL6 3.06 03-05-25002.

The problem occurs with xpdf-3.01-r1 and with xpdf-3.00-r10

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open document with xpdf
2. Try to print the first page.
3.

Actual Results:
I get the errors indicated above.

Expected Results:
Printed the page.

Do you still see this? Can you please try to use another pdf reader or just "lp file" on commandline?
Comment 2 Fred Krogh 2006-01-19 11:57:22 UTC
Sorry, I had forgotten about this. Just a few days ago I did this without thinking about my problem and it worked. So an upgrade of something along the line fixed the problem. Thanks,
Fred
