actually, failed program in config.log compiles ok if i add -lsmpeg flag to gcc command line. so problem is that configure script doesn`t check for smpeg?
you probably need to remerge openal
re-emerged openal & updated smpeg from 0.4-r4 to 0.4-r6, now everything compiled ok. thanks for support =)
