Comment 3 Vladimir 2005-11-23 11:29:31 UTC
actually, failed program in config.log compiles ok if i add -lsmpeg flag to gcc
command line.

so problem is that configure script doesn`t check for smpeg?
Comment 4 Mr. Bones. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-11-23 11:48:46 UTC
you probably need to remerge openal
Comment 5 Vladimir 2005-11-23 12:27:24 UTC
re-emerged openal & updated smpeg from 0.4-r4 to 0.4-r6, now everything compiled ok.

thanks for support =)
Comment 6 Janne Pikkarainen 2006-01-19 06:49:44 UTC

This made the trick for me, too. Thanks a lot for your support! :-)
Comment 7 Mr. Bones. (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-19 09:41:01 UTC
just the usual.
