Currently acerhk is provided as an ebuild. The drawback of this is that you have to recompile acerhk after every new kernel - which is quite annoying for guys often recompiling their kernel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Just copy the files from the acerhk source to /usr/src/linux/drivers/misc/acerhk and apply the patch from attachment. All module parameters can be handed over on the kernel command-line in the boot-loader or when loading the module. For switching on/off WLAN by proc-filesytem the init-script from the acerhk-ebuild can be used. Actual Results: WLAN on Acer Notebook working fine ;-)
