'-ssl' is used but '-tls' is list by configure. That problem is persistent
though all ebuilds since the ssl USE flag has been added.

btw: chroot and OpenSSL do not work in cherokee at the same time...

The ebuild attached to bug #102470 contains the fix for this.  Unfortunately
however, the ebuild maintainer chooses to ignore it.
