catalyst.conf should note that the portdir option can be set:


 storedir="/var/tmp/catalyst2"
+
+# portdir specifies the source portage tree used by the snapshot target.
+# portdir="/usr/portage"

 # snapshot_cache specifies where the snapshots will be cached to if snapcache is

Since the catalyst 2.0_rc* series is no longer in package.mask, I am marking
this one as RESOLVED...
