The first-draft ebuild for mcabber, a small Jabber console client.

I've tested it on alpha, mips, ppc, and x86.

* Adds ~sparc
* Renames the configuration template from /etc/mcabberrc to
/etc/mcabberrc.sample
* Adds einfo messages after emerge and after unemerge to help deal with the
template

/etc is supposed to be used by system wide configuration files. User configuration files are supposed to go into the docs dir (simply dodoc filename )
