Hello.

I have sys-apps/portage-2.0.51.22-r3 version installed. If I do
`equery f portage | grep rej` I can see that I have strange file, that seems
unnecessary:
/usr/lib/portage/pym/portage.py.rej

tarball (portage-2.0.51.22.tar.bz2) contains this file, but I think it's better
to remove it.
