vimpager script not created while emerging app-editors/gvim-7.0_alpha20050928

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmask gvim-7 and vim-core-7
2. add vim-pager to gvim useflags
3. emerge gvim

Actual Results:  
there are no vimpager and manpager.sh

Expected Results:  
There are vimpager and manpager

gvim doesn't USE vim-pager.

Why not? gvim invoked as vim behaves as vim.
