net-irc/ircd-hybrid can't be merged side by side with net-analyser/net-snmp nor
sys-devel/prelink because of blocking dependencie on dev-libs/libelf versus
dev-libs/elfutils.

It's very annoying.
I'have no idea of differences between those two libs, but ircd-hybrid does work
with elfutils

btw, current stable release of ircd-hybrid is 7.1.3 and renaming of ebuild and
altering the dependency worked for me.

I removed the dependency, grepping the code didn't show anything that needs it.
