doing an esearch soappy yields:
*  dev-python/soappy
      Latest version available: 0.11.3
      Latest version installed: [ Not Installed ]
      Size of downloaded files: 125 kB
      Homepage:    http://pywebsvcs.sourceforge.net/
      Description: SOAP implementation for Python
      License:     GPL-2

Whereas:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/*checkout*/pywebsvcs/SOAPpy/LICENSE?rev=HEAD
doesn't appear to be gpl.

Also, http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywebsvcs lists the license as a python one.

The license is not Python, but BSD.
