psi 0.9.3-r4 fails to configure - it can't find QCA where qca 1.0-r2 is 
installed in the system.

Can you tell as, which version(s) of qt and qca do you have currently installed
in system?

sorry - I haven't see message about qca ;)

anyway - one more question - can you give a list of qca files? you can get it via
epm -ql qca
of
equery files qca

I've done a remerge of qca and some of it dependencies today (after KDE 
updated) and psi compiled :)

Seems the problem was no problem at all.
