This package is not for the faint of heart :)! It downloads the most current CVS code direct from rox.sf.net and installs it. It is marked -* to prevent the unaware from using it by accident. The CVS version contains new features being tested that may or MAY NOT make it to the next release version. From day to day, the compiled code may differ and in some cases not function. YOU ARE WARNED! I created this ebuild because of a significant shift in direction for ROX from their Choices system to XDG. Beginning now, ROX can use .desktop files and this is an exciting development. Those wishing to preview this functionality are encouraged to try this ebuild. /etc/portage/package.keywords has to be changed so rox-base/rox -* is set for this product to upgrade an existing ROX installation. In order to compile the documentation I had to use a hack to try and determine the current version of docbook-xsl-stylesheets. If there is a better way to do this, please change the ebuild. Using grep and sed seems unnecessary, but I could not find a simple utility to correctly change the Style Sheet included in the cvs source/ Also, for some reason, the ebeep and epause at the end don't seem to work. What did I do wrong? Enjoy!
