This is a request for an ebuild for the PDP++ package. It's a very popular
neural network simulation package. I think that providing a PDP++ ebuild for the
Gentoo community would be beneficial given the complexity of the compiling
procedure and lack of support from author.

No progress here for 1 year, closing WONTFIX. Feel free to reopen with an ebuild.
