Description Ian Smith 2002-11-26 16:38:02 UTC
cdrtools-1.11.39

I've used this for years, but a cron job has begun to fail recently. It returns
a data size error, when all I am trying to do is erase.

54 $ cdrecord -scanbus
Cdrecord 1.11a39 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) Copyright (C) 1995-2002 J

Cannot replicate the problem. For starters, since you are already using
1.11.39, could you upgrade to 1.11.40?
Comment 4 Ian Smith 2002-11-27 09:30:07 UTC
Strange - exactly the same result . . . :(
Comment 5 Ian Smith 2002-11-30 15:32:30 UTC
how embarrassing - seems to be a bad disk, now let's never mention this again . . .

Thanks for your time anyway!
