When installing app-admin/sudo I noticed that it wanted to install ssmtp, which  
I have no need for on this box. Putting this package into my local portage  
repository, removing this requirement and installing worked fine. Perhaps this 
should only install the MTA if 'nosendmail' isn't set?

/me notes that no-* flags really suck... Anyway, nosendmail is a local use flag
for app-editors/emacs only (see euse -i nosendmail), changing the summary.

sorry, but sudo requires an mta, not installing one will just break some of the 
functionality. I dont think we can add a USE flag for this.
