When trying to emerge mail-filter/dcc it wants to emerge rrdtool aswell. When
checking if i have all the files neccesary i stops like this:

checking for ft2build.h... yes
configure: error: Please fix the library issues listed above and try again.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge mail-filter/dcc

Actual Results:  
It gives the above error message

Expected Results:  
It should have compiled and installed rrdtools.

I have also tried disabling distcc and ccache but i get the same results anyway.

can you emerge rrdtools 1.0.x branch then try emerging dcc please. I suspect
that dcc only supports rrdtool 1.0.x

In case this is still an issue with newer versions, please reopen

As some other users can't reproduce as well, closing as invalid for now.
