mmm, i've done emerge-webrsync, and emerge sync and tried to install sun-jre-bin and it doesn't works ... i know this is not the place, but, what should i do?, or where should i go?..

You need to modify your /etc/portage/package.keywords file to accept the ~arch version of sun-jre-bin. See Portage documentation for more details.
