Bug 112417 – app-text/poppler GCC 4.1 patch

While I know GCC 4.1 is all but supported, the attached patch is probably   
useful to avoid faulty code on the system anyway ;)   
   
I've reported it also upstream, so if you prefer to wait for upstream, it's  
fine for me.  
  
Just wanted to let you know that the attached patch removes the wrong C++  
declarations and allows poppler to be compiled with GCC 4.1 and (most  
probably) to build KPDF against it (rebuilding it now).

Thanks for the patches.  If a release with them isn't forthcoming from upstream
relatively soon, then I'll patch ours.
