When rendering a html page with a form, the initial values of any input elements
after the submit button are ignored.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run firefox
2. Open any page with input elements occuring after submit button
3. 

Actual Results:  
The elements after the submit button are always empty.

Expected Results:  
The initial values specified in html document should be respected.

Does the following (attached) page render correctly?  It renders fine on my browser here (Firefox 1.5.0.5, freshly built).  If there's an issue, have you tried upgrading your browser?

I can't seem to reproduce the problem here.
