Mails sent to gentoo-doc-cvs about English document change have some of their entries truncated, but there is no indication about this truncation in the message body. In past they have had <<Truncated>> at the end, so something must have been changed in the setup some time. For example of such message, compare http://www.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/xml/htdocs/doc/en/handbook/hb-install-x86-medium.xml?hidecvsroot=1&search=&hideattic=0&sortby=file&r2=1.41&logsort=date&root=gentoo&diff_format=h&r1=1.40 and mail sent to list on "Date: Fri, 11 Nov 2005 17:27:15 +0000" as "Message-Id: <200511111727.jABHRHvA024457@robin.gentoo.org>" (which for some odd reason doesn't exist in gmane's archives). Marked as major, because it can lead in to very broken translations that have potential of breaking thousands of critical systems.
There was another occurance of a line-counter. I removed it as well.
