please, test and mark stable net-im/licq-1.3.2 (and dev-libs/cdk-5.0.20050424 if appropriate for your arch). 1.3.2 is a result of one-year-long development cycle.
1) | RDEPEND="kde? ( >=kde-base/kdelibs-3.0 )" | DEPEND="kde? ( >=kde-base/kdelibs-3.0 ) | ssl? ( >=dev-libs/openssl-0.9.6 ) | qt? ( =x11-libs/qt-3* ) | ncurses? ( sys-libs/ncurses >=dev-libs/cdk-4.9.11.20031210-r1 ) | crypt? ( >=app-crypt/gpgme-1.0.0 )" RDEPEND misses dependencies. I think it should be the same as DEPEND. 2) `licq -p console` (+crypt +kde -msn +ncurses +qt -socks5 +ssl) and `licq` (+crypt -kde -msn +ncurses -qt -socks5 +ssl) segfault. Does it work for you? Want a bt?
works for me, bt would be useful.
Created attachment 72764 [details] backtrace of `licq -p console` console doesn't work for new users. after starting the qt version and connecting(!) the console version worked too. so this should fail for you too: mv ~/.licq{,_bt051112}; licq -p console
Removing ppc so it doesn't show up in our list any more. Please re-add us when you're ready to mark it stable!
