lu_zero (lu_zero@gentoo.org) is the maintainer, so is maybe better to directly 
assign the bug to him. 
 
fireglcontrol patch will follow in some minutes.

Just an update, so it the patch works again with the "updated"
fglrx_panel_sources.

Same problem as with the older driver, on kernel 2.6.14:
