Cherokee 0.4.29 was released on 11/10

It includes many new features including much better CGI handling.

Atached is an ebuild for 0.4.29.  It changes the configure line from using
--enable-ssl to --enable-tls as is specified from ./configure --help  It also
creates a cherokee user and group for running the cherokee server if desired.

Patch for correct handling of gnutls and ssl use flags

Patch against cherokee-0.4.29.ebuild to fix handling of gnutls and ssl
keywords.  Perviously, if both gnutls and ssl were enabled then only gnutls
would be compiled in and would therefore break ssl.
