Hello

I think, there's wrong dependency in gcc-4.0.2-r1.ebuild.
When cross-compiling for avr architecture, the dependency for binutils should be
cross-avr/binutils not sys-devel/binutils. I suppose that sys-devel/binutils is
not needed since cross-avr/binutils is provided and should be removed as it
forces users to update their sys-devel/binutils to ~arch version.

I succeeded in compiling cross-avr/gcc-4.0.2-r1 on amd64.
