Kernel 2.6.14.2 has just been released, but there is no ebuild for it. 
2.6.14.1 is missing, too. This version had a fix to a security related problem 
(CVE-2005-2709), see: 
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.14.1
