When I do emerge qtella, it says, that I haven`t kde libs, but I have it. So qtella doesn`t compile. Other applications detect proper path to kdelibs and kdeheaders (f.e. superkaramba). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Emerge qtella 2. 3.
Reopen the bug when posting the output you get and your emerge info.

In the newest qtella-0.6.4 problem still exists.
And what do we have to do with it -- nothing.
