xmingw-binutils doesn't compile with gcc-4. Here is simple fix posted on LFS
ftp-server.

Applies cleanly to latest (~arch) xmingw-binutils:
[ebuild   R   ] dev-util/xmingw-binutils-2.15.94.20050118.1

Thanks, I checked it still works with gcc3.
Added the patch to portage.
( no version bump needed as it does not change what is installed )
