Description Clock 2005-11-08 23:50:16 UTC
When the network is not connected and I run mtr 195.113.31.123, the X process
performs Denial of Service (DoS) attack on CPU for about 10 seconds - starts to
eat 100% CPU. It's annoying because the machine is rendered virtually unusable
during that time.

Determined using top.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
