Bugzilla is completely broken for mysql support with
>=dev-perl/DBD-mysql-3.0002_p3.  The ebuild should be updated to depend on
anything <dev-perl/DBD-mysql-3.0000.  If you want to reproduce, just try using
the ~x86 packages, it'll fail when you try to run checksetup.pl.
