If I installed otrs via ebuild

If I access the 

http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl

I always get a
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /otrs/installer.pl on this server.

Speaking from experience, otrs can be tricky to install. This is most likely an
issue with your local configuration. Please consult the documentation and pay
particular attention to the webserver configuration section.

Hello, 
 
if I use the Directory structure from a SUSE rpm it works fine, but the ebuild 
will not work. This means (I think so) the apache works correct.
