The homepage for dev-java/commons-el is wrong. 
The incorrect URL is http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/el.html 
The correct URL is http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/el/ 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a browser. 
2. Go to http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/el.html 
  
Actual Results:  
The server returns "404 Not Found". 

Expected Results:  
The homepage of dev-java/commons-el.
