Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uD wpa_supplicant (from 0.2.7 to 0.4.6)

Actual Results:

 * Stopped service wpa_supplicant  
 * Starting service wpa_supplicant

directory (No such file or directory)

Expected Results:
