Bug 111388 – pyfest ebuild-- python module for festival

This is a quick and easy ebuild for PyFest-0.1, I've tested it on several x86 
and a ppc system with various versions of dependencies.

- mark keywords ~
- remove ${RDEPEND}

Also, the URL for download reports that the ~squirrel directory is no longer found on the server.
