This does something like the watch folders option of Distiller.
You may specify any program to process file in specified directories.
The processing may be triggered by existence of a file or a modification.
Other options:
- setuid to non-root users
- syslogging of (error) messages
- logging to a specified file
- handles locking
- directories may be configured individually
and so on...
It does only depend on a libc afaik.(Yet to be proven :)
