When running an update:

get an verification failed when the md5sum check the file:

  !!!    /usr/portage/dev-python/pyrex/pyrex-0.9.3.1.ebuild
  !!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge --sync
2.emerge -uD --newuse world 
3.
Actual Results:  
Digest verification failed.

Expected Results:  
Pyrex not giving problems about file size
