Bug 111150 – qdbm fails FEATURES="test" on ppc64

While security keywording for qdbm, I noticed that qdbm-1.8.33fails when using
FEATURES="test".  Earlier version also fail.

The failure observed is as follows:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. FEATURES="test" emerge qdbm

Actual Results:  
the make test failed

adding ppc64 herd.  Folks, if you have time to help, please look into the test
failure.

dev-db/qdbm-1.8.46 passes all tests.
