Description Christopher Sawtell 2005-10-31 16:58:53 UTC
When kedit-0.7 is used in the kde-3.4.3 environment it ejects

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run kmenuedit from the command line
2. Use it
3. exit

Actual Results:
These error messages are ejected:-
chris@imogen ~ $ /usr/kde/3.4/bin/kmenuedit
chris@imogen ~ $ X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
  Major opcode: 20
  Minor opcode: 0
  Resource id: 0x200080c
X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
  Major opcode: 20
  Minor opcode: 0
  Resource id: 0x2001227

Expected Results:
not ejected the error messages

emergeing kmenuedit also downloaded kdebase-3.4.0.tar.bz2
and kdebase-3.4.0-3.4.1.tar.xdelta
when kdebase-3.4.3.tar.bz2 was available

This is quite common and harmless, I'm closing the bug as it is not Gentoo
specific.
