Bug 110883 – update for newer openafs ebuilds (1.2.13 and higher)

There have been a lot of changes in the testing (becoming stable) ebuilds, that
require user intervention to do a proper transition to the new setup.  Also,
many file locations have been changed (to conform to FHS) so that needed to be
updated as well in the documention.  Proposed patch coming up...
